We offer off-the-shelf stock in 18-8 stainless steel (300 series, which includes 302, 302HQ, 303, 304, and 305 grades), 316 stainless steel (typically used in the marine industry because of its more excellent pitting corrosion), and 410 stainless steel. Our lines also include the metric grades of A2 (equivalent to 300 series) and A4 (equivalent to 316). Carbon steel washers can be divided into flat washers, spring washers, toothed washers, and wave washers according to their shapes. Flat washers are the most common type and are used to disperse pressure; spring washers are elastic and are used to prevent bolts from loosening; toothed washers and wave washers are used to increase friction and are suitable for environments with large vibrations.

Carbon steel washers can be divided into galvanized washers, blackened washers, phosphated washers, and natural washers according to surface treatment. By T/T, for samples 100% with the order; for production, 30% paid for deposit by T/T before production arrangement, the balance to be paid before shipment.

Q7: How to Custom-made (OEM/ODM)
